5. AI Features and Multiple Provider Integration

Our AI features integrate with multiple AI service providers to give you flexibility and enhanced capabilities:

Groq Integration (Primary Provider)

• Groq serves as our primary AI provider for fast, efficient processing
• You may provide your own Groq API key for enhanced features
• Used for AI enhancement features in our viral video generator
• Usage is subject to Groq's terms and policies

OpenAI Integration (Secondary Provider)

• OpenAI serves as a secondary provider for specialized features and fallback processing
• You may provide your own OpenAI API key
• Usage is subject to OpenAI's terms and policies

General AI Usage Terms

• You can choose which AI provider to use for different features
• AI-generated content is not guaranteed to be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your specific use case
• You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and validating all AI-generated content
• We do not store your prompts or AI-generated content on our servers
• Your prompts are sent directly to your selected AI provider using your API key

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create using our service. We retain ownership of our software, design, and documentation.

7. Limitation of Liability

We provide the service "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to AI-generated content or technical issues with third-party AI providers.

8. Privacy

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
